T O P I C R E V I E Wdefeatok, so this is the first time i'm doing one.i have no idea how it worksi'm guessing you make a chart for the time and place that it happened.what kinds of things can you learn from it?have any of you ever done it, is it accurate, do u have a habbit of doing it for new ppl you meet?idk, here it is what can you guys tell medo u think we'll see each other againdid i blow my chances?defeatis it like arelationship chart?or something else?MyVirgoMaskIm confused, what is this chart for? Is it a first meeting chart? Is it a horary question? Is it electional, and like a wedding chart???defeatthis would be a first meeting chart, are they all approached in different ways?lol, this is my first time doing one...i have no idea where to start, popcornIm not sure you will meets again but I wish you will. You want meet him because moon and jupiter in your house 8...but his saturn in his house 8 so if he want meet you he want more seriously.Mermaid quote:Originally posted by defeat:this would be a first meeting chart, are they all approached in different ways?lol, this is my first time doing one...i have no idea where to start, From what I understand, you have already met this person and its an event chart.I think people here are confused whether its a horary chart which is based on the time you ask a question"whether you'll meet this person."defeat???i'm confused tooi thought an event chart is a chart for the time you meet someone (or an 'event' happens).and that chart is able to give insight into the future progress of the event, meeting, realtionship, etc.lol, if i did it all wrong just ignore it, i just thought i'd try it out it kinda ended bad, and we never exchanged info or anything like that, so turned to a chart to get some answerrs/insight...lolMyVirgoMaskFor meeting charts it's usually best to have fixed signs on the angles or sun or moon. Fixed usually signals longevity. I was asking about horary or electional (which is more like, Is this a good wedding date or was my wedding date good) or a meeting chart.I don't do meeting charts often, but I did one for my fiance and I for our first date when we met in person, and it was all fixed signs. I also found it matched a lot of our own astro chart, was complimentary since we have fixed angles too. So what you have here looks like like a very interesting chart loaded with attraction. It doesn't show long term. It shows sudden attraction and interest. EDIT: Ok, you said it didnt work. If you look , you will see the mutable signs on the angles, and how Uranus is in the 7th and Mars conj the 1st house. Those things separately are spark-like, but altogether, it feels like very strong attraction which flares up and then kind of goes nowhere. Ruler of the 1st is retrograde which would be fine but it's not making contact with Jupiter which is the old ruler for Pisces nor is it making contact with Neptune. I think there were some miscommunications and some misunderstandings in the sense of what you wanted. I think hindsight is everything....no chart is perfect. I like keeping an open mind for these types of charts. But the rules for fixed signs is something I see consistently in more long term relationships. Try to have something in it, even if it squares stuff. This looks like quick attraction followed by unexpected disappointment - I think both of you had very high hopes. Does that make sense? You will read a first meeting chart similarly to how you read horary or electional. Especially that you look at the last aspect the moon makes before it leaves the chart because that can set a general tone.Hope this helps!MermaidMyVirgoMask,What if two people who meet have mutable signs as angles in their natal, will it still be complimentary to select fixed signs for angles if the relationship has to last?defeat quote:Originally posted by MyVirgoMask:For meeting charts it's usually best to have fixed signs on the angles or sun or moon. Do you have Mercury rx in your own chart, Defeat? Sometimes the rules get broken about things not lasting when you meet under Mercury rx. You never know And Mermaid, yeah in general fixed is good for these types of charts, I've found. It's just for the sake of like a meeting chart since it's not like a composite or anything, so you don't really have to worry about compatibility to your own chart.defeatno i don't.can i ask one thing though.how do you find the moons last aspectdo you have to do a second chart (one where the moon is at the end of the sign)or do you mean if the moon was hypothtically at the end of the sign and all the planets were whre they are (in the original chart) what would it's aspects mean.sorry i didn't mean to get too too deep into this, bu yeahMyVirgoMaskYou can look at the moon in the chart like it's at the last degree of its sign and see what it would start to aspect ...I hope that makes sense, I am not sure I am explaining so great today lol

From what I understand, you have already met this person and its an event chart.I think people here are confused whether its a horary chart which is based on the time you ask a question"whether you'll meet this person."
lol, if i did it all wrong just ignore it, i just thought i'd try it out
